🙏🏼🙏🏼 Let me share w/ you my motto after 10 years of training: ‘If you prioritize function over aesthetics, you‘ll get both.’ So don’t be hard on yourself - instead find a way of moving/training that you truly enjoy and want to stick with! Yes nutrition is an integral part but if we feel like we’re restricting ourselves all the time, we’re less likely to build long-lasting habits and find joy in the process. 😊🙏🏼

My knee and my lower back have been an issue from when I was a runner. Doing MMA kicking the bag too hard didn’t help. I’m also a camera operator for multiple reality shows where shoulder, neck, illiopsoas, sciatic and elbow injuries run crazy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Did you design this whole circuit, Julia? Cause it looks extremely well planned, calculated even, hitting every muscle...like very scientific stuff.

I’m glad you noticed! 🤠 I actually am just about to finish my Sports & Exercise Science degree - so yes, a lot of thought and planning goes into all of these routines. To make sure we’re targeting the right areas and you’re getting the most out of every rep 🥰.

@@julia.reppel then be sure to let the people know( about your certifications) through the video description or your channel intro cause it adds credibility and makes us want to blindly follow along with your videos.
Also I suggest you make separate videos describing your exercises, their benefits, etc cause a lot of them are uncommon yet the most efficient ones I have ever seen.

I'm so happy to have found this channel. As a stiff person, regular stretching does nothing for me and I've been looking for mobility videos. The ones I find do have some mobility but it's more stretching based instead of movement based. I did one of your videos yesterday and I felt SO good afterwards, I'm so excited about expaning my range of motion!

Found you by accident, had no idea what this was but, thought I would give it a try. Wow! This is difficult at the start but, once I got moving, it kept feeling better (though still difficult). I really appreciate the "up next" feature and was even able to (somewhat) do the moves I thought looked impossible. I was sweating by the end of it and my whole body felt really loose, which is not a combination I've had with any workout before. I'm going to see how I feel tomorrow and, maybe, try this again. Thanks for providing this workout.🤔😊
